Stunning hotel both externally and internally,the rooms are spacious, warm, soundproof and with an accurate design. Everything is perfeclty clean, breakfast is presented with a rich buffet and, on request, they prepare you whather you’d like. You can see SKY from your own room. I’d like to extend my sencere gratitude to the Reception team, for your guidance and generosity during my stay with your many suggestions on places to visit nearby. Ferrari’s presence won’t be unnoticed inside the hotel, and there is also a triple-schreen F1 Similator.

Great hotel, friendly generous and helpful staff. During an high season, where the majority of hotels were fully booked, they were able to solve one of our mistakes made with our reservation and offered us a solution in orderd for us to stay with them despite they were also fully booked.

Never made a better decision to participate in the Trofeo Città di Modena. Spacious, clean, modern and comfortable rooms. The hospitality is 5* very kind and professional, always available. Breakfast is good and well assorted. Excellent value for money considering the month of August 2022 with prices that have grown everywhere.

Very clean, modern, tidy and well-kept hotel with staff always smiling, friendly and helpful. Large and bright rooms equipped with all services. The breakfast offers a variety of options, and it is always replenished, without being exaggerated.

The garage and the parking spaces are wide, practical with video surveillance, perfect for a car of any size and value.

Last but not least, the images emerge, some vehicles and products related to the motor valley and Ferrari… Do not forget the F1 simulator with great and affordable prices and services (which I did not use for time) such as sauna and relaxation areas. Perfect hotel for sightseeing in Modena, Maranello and Motor Valley.

Beautiful Hotel. Clean, welcoming, comfortable rooms and new facilities. Super friendly and helpful staff. We took a room with a Jacuzzi for 25€ difference to the reservation made with the Smartbox. In addition, they gave us a complimentary entrance for two people to an Acetaia (vinegar factory) where you can taste local products. Silence at night, rich buffet breakfast with a girl ready to make coffee and cappuccinos on request. We enjoyed it very much.

I have been resident for work during the week for about 5 years and I have always had the feeling of being at home. Excellent and strategic position if you’re planning to visit the Gnocco Fritto, Balsamic Vinegar and Ferrari’s territory, only a few kilometres away from Maranello. The staff is friendly and welcoming as benefit as 4-star hotel. Perfect room.
